Processing time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates: free delivery within Singapore. Approximately 1-2 days after processing of the order.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking: You will receive the shipment confirmation and tracking details via email.

Damages: Contact us if the product was damaged or lost during the shipment.

International shipping

Countries: outside Singapore.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates: Since we may not be familiar with all rules for import of goods to your country please check all VAT, GST, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges before placing an order. All these costs will be borne by the customer. We will process the order within 1-2 days.
