Nanomatics is the Grand Winner at the Tech Plan Demo Day 2023 organized by Leave a Nest Singapore Pte. Ltd.! We also received the Enterprise Singapore Award which will fast track our team to top 250 startups of Slingshot2023! At the event, Nanomatics team shared about our innovative thermal process that goes beyond conventional chemical recycling into oil. The process that transforms plastic waste into two additional products, such as hydrogen and carbon nanotubes.

This year, 9 finalists were chosen from 48 applications to pitch their core technology, business model and issues that they want to solve in front of a panel of judges from Leave a Nest Singapore, Enterprise Singapore, Innovate 360, National Additive Manufacturing Innovation Cluster (NAMIC) and Trendlines Agrifood Innovation, Ezaki Glico Co. Ltd, JR East Business Development SEA Pte.Ltd, Mitsui Chemicals Singapore R&D Centre Pte. Ltd., Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, Rohto Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd., and Real Tech Holdings Singapore. The finalists were from various backgrounds such as Bio / Med-Tech, Deep Tech and Clean / Sustainable Tech.

We left inspired by the programme organiser’s, partners’ and judges’ shared passion for advancing Global Happiness and the impacts the other startups have already made on Global Happiness with their solutions. As heard many times during the event, it was a great use of Saturday indeed!
